Tom went to high school with the rest of us here in Hopewell Jct., and afterwards moved to Colorado for a couple of years... and took his CJ with him. Before he moved back to New York, he had turned his stock CJ into a completely modified rock-crawler. This Jeep has appeared on ESPN and has travelled the Rubicon trail.

Planned: AGR super pump and box for the steering (or AGR Rock Ram?), and flexy custom 4" National Springs to replace the Superlift leafs.

Tom's CJ when he first bought it.

After a short-lived bright red paint job, Tom had his CJ painted purple. A small lift and 33's were added. Headers for the 258 emptied out in front of the rear wheels.

A heavy duty bumper, stock rocker panel guards, and a chrome grill were added shortly after the paint job. The Jeep stayed like this until Tom moved to Colorado.

Tom's current commuter, a 1996 Cherokee Classic.

Update: Tom's new DD is a 27K miles original 5.9 Limited Grand Cherokee.

Yet another update: New DD is an '04 Grand Cherokee Overland.
